Apple unveiled its brand new phones, the iPhone 17 series. That's updates to three known models and the brand-new iPhone 17 Air, which takes the place of the iPhone Plus. If lining up in a queue on release day isn’t really your style, and you still want to secure one as soon as possible, you will be able to reserve the iPhone 17, 17 Pro, 17 Pro Max or iPhone Air from 10pm AEST on September 12th, in advance of the September 19 release date.

The iPhone 17 has a fresh design with a slightly larger 6.3-inch display and slimmer bezels. And after a long wait (and a ton of grumbling), the base iPhone finally includes a 120Hz refresh rate.

Internally, Apple’s new A19 chip is faster as well as more optimized, read more particularly when teamed up with Apple Intelligence. If you are upgrading from an older iPhone, you will notice a significant bump in speed and improved gameplay thanks to ProMotion.
